On Saturday, February 15th, officers responded to the 2200 block of 127th Pl SE on the report of a missing person. Officers were told that 55 year-old Fernando Alvarez left his residence a few hours earlier, and had not returned.

It is common for Fernando to leave, but he usually returns within a few hours. Officers checked common destinations but could not find Fernando. There is concern as Fernando recently began having mental issues and is diabetic.
Fernando is a Hispanic male with hazel eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a Seattle Seahawks baseball cap, navy blue jacket, blue jeans, black shoes and carried a blue backpack. It is believed Fernando had cash and knows how to use public transportation.

If you see Fernando, please call 911 so an officer can check on his welfare.
