K-Fresh has been open a couple of months now on Hewitt across from the Soundview.
Billed as gluten free, dairy free and nut free you can build your own Bibimbap.
Start with a base of white rice, brown rice or salad, add a choice of proteins, toppings and sauces.
They also feature Korean Potato salad or Kimchee, various dessert items and even a root beer float.
Plans on file with the city call for a Panda Express drive thru and a couple of retail spaces.

We told you months ago that the property was being redeveloped as a mixed use property with a Panda Express drive-thru as the anchor tenant.
