Everett Selling Surplus Real Estate

Last year the City of Everett decided to start to offer for sale pieces of real estate that were deemed not needed and whose value could help put a dent in the City’s budget deficit.

One of those parcels is a parking lot on Rucker Avenue at Everett Avenue right across from the library parking garage.

Actually two parcels (2702 and 2710 Rucker), the land was valued at $750,000,00, listed by Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services in Seattle at $825,000.00 but is bringing in a little over $900,000.00.

The high bidder for the land is Williams Investments I,llc who are based in Everett and own multiple properties throughout the City of Everett.

No word yet on future plans for the site.
