11:30 AM Update:
Broadway is clear and both Lilly’s Garden Chinese and DOS Reales Family Mexican restaurants are open today.
Some challenges remain on the side streets and hilly areas in the west and south parts of Everett.
If you need coffee many of the independent stands are operating. Yes both the bikini and family friendly variety are available.
Restaurant wise your pickings are a bit slim. Lilly’s Garden at 1020 North Broadway is open as is DOS Reales a block south. On Evergreen Way the Jack in the Box restaurants are open as is the McDonald’s at 79th and Evergreen and the IHOP at Evergreen and Everett Mall Way was doing a booming business.
The Safeway and Albertson’s stores in Everett are open as are the Walgreens in north and south Everett.
