Had several people send along notices of events happening in Everett, Washington this Saturday so I thought I’d lump them all together here. It is by no means a complete list but will give you some ideas for your Saturday.
9:00 – 10:00 AM Everett Police Coffee With A Cop
Talk with two south Everett Police Sergeants about your crime questions.
In the past this was done with Everett’s Chief of Police but this Saturday you can sit down with south Everett Patrol Sergeants Fairchild and Morgan.
The two will be available to listen to your questions, comments and concerns regarding the Everett Police Department and crime in Everett. You may want to get there early as it is scheduled for just one hour from 9 AM – 10 AM at the Starbucks at 515 SE Everett Mall Way which is in the southeast corner of the Target Shopping Center parking lot.
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Tour Historic Homes in Everett
See some wonderfully restored home in Everett at your own pace.
Enjoy a few hours on a self-guided home tour of 7-8 homes in the North Everett vicinity. Arrive at the Van Valey House anytime between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and pick up brochure (your ticket) for the event.
The brochure includes a map of all the locations. Tickets may be purchased in advance at J Mathison Gifts on Colby Ave Downtown Everett or online at Brown Paper Tickets here.

12 PM – 5:00 PM Everett Makers Market Summer Wrap Up
A curated popup market featuring local artisan makers.
We will be in the courtyard outside of the up and coming Grand Avenue Marketplace in the square of Choux Choux Bakery. We will have a great variety of makers for you to shop from and an opportunity to learn more about the future of this project. Come spend some time with us outdoors and soak up some summer fun! 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM Everett Silvertips Season Kickoff Block Party
To help the Everett Silvertips celebrate and kickoff their 15th year, Scuttlebutt Brewing is presenting the Silvertips Season Kickoff Rally + Block Party! This community event will be FREE, all-ages and will offer:
– Silvertips merch and ticket giveaways!
– Scuttlebutt Brewing merch giveaways
– Live music
– Food trucks
– Beer garden (10 Below Release / 21+)
– Kids activities
It will be held at Wetmore Plaza at 2710 Wetmore in downtown Everett. The Silvertips open their 2017-2018 season Saturday night at 7:05 PM against Portland inside Xfinity Arena Everett.
