Events in Everett

This year marks the 125th anniversary for five Everett churches. Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, First Baptist, First Presbyterian and Trinity Episcopal. While each church has been celebrating independently the five are getting together a group event along with Zion Lutheran Church in Snohomish.

churchesOn Saturday July 22nd the churches are inviting all of their congregations along with the general public to a special night with the Everett Aquasox. Kari Quaas sent an email to MyEverettNews.com on what they hope to accomplish.

The schedule of the evening includes an all you can eat BBQ at 5:35pm and the game at 7:05pm ($24 for adults / $18 for kids under 6). This also happens to be one of the nights where they’ll light off fireworks. We plan to have someone from each congregation throw out a first pitch and most likely have some information tables for each of our churches. Our goals are to show our commitment to the Everett community through ministry and service, invite others to participate and just have some fun!

If you’d like to purchase tickets you can get a ticket form at this link.
