Mall Shooting Suspect Dies In Custody At Snohomish County Jail in Everett

Editor’s Update 11:15 AM: The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Major crimes unit will be investigating the in-custody death of Mr. Cetin. All information regarding the death investigation will come from the Skagit County Prosecutor’s Office.

According to Snohomish County jail records Arcan Cetin, the Oak Harbor man charged with shooting and killing five people at the Cascade Mall in Burlington last September was transferred into the Snohomish County Jail on March 10th. MyEverettNews.com is receiving multiple reports he was found hanged in his cell at the Snohomish County Jail. We’re waiting on more word from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s office who would be investigating the in custody death.
