Enrollment Event Allows Everett Residents to Ask Questions about Health Plans and How To Sign Up for Coverage
WHAT: Washington Alliance for Health Advancement is hosting a health insurance enrollment event in advance of the Feb. 15 deadline to get enrolled. Trained enrollment experts will be available to help people without health insurance understand the health plans and financial help that are now available.

WHY: Washington Healthplanfinder, located at wahealthplanfinder.org, is a customer-friendly online marketplace where individuals, families and small businesses can make side-by-side comparisons of health insurance plans and choose the plan that best fits their needs and budget. Individuals making up to $46,680 and families of four making up to $95,400 a year are eligible for financial help to lower the costs of their coverage. More than 85% of people who signed up for a new health plan on Washington Healthplanfinder got financial help to pay for their plan. Free and low-cost plans are available.
