The first 100 pets get a free microchip

The Annual Mutt Strut is back Saturday at Langus Riverfront Park in Everett. It’s a free event with all kinds of activities for pets and pet owners.

Free microchips (dog and cat) available for Snohomish County residents
– first 100 located at City of Everett Animal Shelter.

Rescue organizations from around WA will have dogs and cats available for adoption.

All walkers will receive a bandana and all competitors will receive a ribbon!

10am – Register for Event Competitions

10am – 1pm Free microchipping for Snohomish County Residents First 100; location in Animal Shelter

10:15am Community Dog Walk – One mile walk on the paved path beside the river

10:50am Registration ends for Racing Competitions

11 – 11:20am Dachshund Dash

11:20 – 11:40am Pug Chug

11:40am – noon Tea Cup Trot – less than 20 lbs

Noon – 12:15pm Big Dog Derby – more than 20 lbs

Noon Registration ends for Pet Showcase

12:30 – 2pm Pet Showcase
