The Everett Police Department is investigating an accident that occurred near Federal Ave on E. Mukilteo Boulevard this morning.
On July 5th, 2012 at about 6:45 a.m., a 52-year-old Everett woman crashed her vehicle into a power pole near the intersection of Federal Ave and E. Mukilteo Blvd. The woman was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. Traffic at the scene was temporarily diverted until Snohomish County Public Utility District #1 fixed the power lines.
Detectives believe the woman may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident and are investigating.
