Everett Suspicious Death Turns Out to be Case of Body Dumping – Didn’t Want Landlord to be Mad

UPDATE: 2/9/2012 The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as 46-year-old Ronald L. Brown of Indianola. The cause and manner of death have not been determined.

The suspicious death investigated by police in an alley on Hoyt Avenue last night turns out to be case of body dumping. Everett Police issued the following statement today…

Everett detectives arrested and booked four people for Unlawful Disposal of Remains in connection with the death reported 02/07/2012. It appears that the victim may have succumb to a drug overdose at a residence in the 2600 block of Colby Avenue. He was then moved by the suspects to the location where he was found.

The suspects told detectives that they removed the body from the apartment because they didn’t want to get into trouble with the landlord.

The suspects, two men and two women, all live at the apartment. They were all booked at the Snohomish County Jail.
