Okay this one falls into more of an editorial than story but with Black Friday well underway, small business owners in the greater Everett area are saying “Don’t forget about us.” Driving around this morning I’ve seen more and more signs popping up on Everett reader boards encouraging people to shop at locally owned businesses tomorrow. From espresso stands and coffee shops to hobby stores and salons, small business owners in Everett are speaking up and asking for your support tomorrow. Please take a minute to spend a few dollars at a locally owned business tomorrow and as often as you can this holiday season. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate the support I get from other small business owners such as those who are advertising on this site. We’re all in this together. Thanks.
