Police speak with a person of interest near Silver Lake

It didn’t take Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies and Everett Police long to round-up a person of interest following a report of a burglary in the Silver Lake area of South Everett. Police were called around 10:30 to an address on 21st Drive SE near the Silver Lake Safeway store. That particular area happens to have both Snohomish County Sheriff’s Deputies and Everett Police patrolling as their boundaries overlap. It was quite a scene as officers from both departments flooded the area. After a short time, a person of interest was spotted near the 112th street overpass. He was then stopped by officers. Deputies brought witnesses by for what they call a show up and a K-9 from Lynnwood also tracked from the burglary address to where he was stopped by officers. That man was then detained. No word on other suspects
