Here's the official grievance filed today by Everett Police Officer's Association

The City of Everett didn’t have much to say about the Everett Police Officer’s Association filing a grievance in regards to the firing of Officer Troy Mead. They did however release the Grievance that was filed…

Now this grievance goes to new Everett Police Chief Kathy Atwood. She has 15 days to respond and if the EPOA doesn’t like her response they can take the grievance to the Mayor. He has 15 days to respond and if the EPOA doesn’t like that response they then take it to binding arbitration.

We’ll keep following this and let you know what happens.
