Free CFL Lightbulbs This Friday 11:30a – 2:30p in Everett

To Celebrate Earth Day, The Snohomish PUD will give you up to 5 CFL light bulbs FREE if you turn in a matching number of incandescent bulbs. It’s part of the Earth Day Celebration happening at the PUD headquarters in Everett at 2320 California street. They will only be available while supplies last. Here are a few more things happening at the PUD in honor of earth day this Friday…

•A plant sale featuring flowers and plants grown locally by high school students
•Fun, energy-related games, including Time to Play bingo!
•A chance to see the PUD’s new hybrid service truck
•Showings of assorted PUD videos
•Booths featuring PUD programs, including conservation efforts
•Information about green energy sources as part of the utility’s Integrated Resource Plan
