The report also says that Everett has five Multi-Hazard Zones which are areas of the city that are susceptible to hazard combinations that increase the risk of isolation or secondary hazards. Those zones are the West Mukilteo Boulevard Corridor, Southeast Everett Ridge, Everett Waterfront, Central Everett and Delta Northeast.

Flooding not as troubling as Earthquake or Fire to Everett residents
Everett’s Hazard Mitigation Plan. (287 pages of very interesting information) the public perceived the largest dangers to be Earthquake, followed by Fire then Flooding, Hazardous Materials, Landslides, Severe Weather, Tsunami and then Volcano. Meanwhile the experts say Landslides and Severe Weather are the top two, followed by Flooding, Fire, Earthquake, Hazardous Materials, Tsunami and Volcano.
