One Arrested After Stabbing on Casino Road in South Everett

One man was sent to an Everett hospital after a stabbing on Casino Road around 6:45pm Thursday night. Here are the details so far from Everett Police Sgt. Ryan Dalberg.

On October 23, 2041 at 1842 hours, Officers of the Everett Police Department responded to the area of 120 West Casino Road for a male that had been stabbed. Upon arrival, Officers locate a male who had sustained a single stab wound to his torso.

The victim was able to tell Officers that he had been walking through the apartment complex, when he was approached by a group of five males. The males confronted the victim, and during the confrontation, he was stabbed. After the assault, the suspect group fled from the scene and the victim obtained help.

Officers converged on the area and using the description provided by the victim were able to locate the group of suspects south of the assault location. The suspects were taken into custody without further incident.

At this time, the victim is being treated at a local hospital for what appears to be a nonlife-threatening injury. One suspect is being booked for Assault in the 1st Degree. The remaining four suspects are being booked for Accessory to Assault in the 1st Degree.
