Central Body Fire 2Everett Fire Department crews responded to the 1300 block of Pacific Avenue after a cargo truck contacted a power line running to a building. The power line emitted some sparks and smoke and melted through the fiberglass box of the truck. Crews searched the building to which the power line was connected and found no fire. The Snohomish County Public Utility District disconnected the power and crews were able to determine that there was no further fire in the truck involved. There were no injuries.

Central Body Works owner Mike Hagen told MyEverettNews.com that he did have to close and send his employees home for the day. He says he hopes to be back up sometime tomorrow. No customers vehicles were damaged.
