No one was injured but six people are being helped by the Snohomish County Chapter of the American Red Cross this morning after a house fire at 2620 Rucker Avenue. According to Everett Fire Battalion Chief Bob Edgley the fire started in a bedroom and caused extensive damage. They received the call at 5:43 am and arrived to smoke and flames coming from the house. There were four residents who lived upstairs and two more living in a separate unit downstairs. Again there were no injuries and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. No early damage estimate is yet available.
