For the first time Cassie Franklin has moved in front of Judy Tuohy in the race for Everett Mayor. With 31.84 percent of ballots now in Franklin has 7540 (44.82) votes with Tuohy at 7371 (43.82). Write-Ins stand at 1912 (11.37). The next release will be Monday afternoon at 5:00 PM.
