Last year rain took a heavy toll and showers were predicted for today but the drops held off for Day 1 of the 2-day Seattle Outboard Association’s Howard Shaw Outboard Regatta. Here are some photos. Click photo to enlarge. Boats will be back on Silver Lake Sunday and there is no charge to watch.
