City of Everett To Sue Over Price Fixing

Last night the Everett City Council voted to join Tacoma and Spokane in a class action lawsuit against General Chemical Corporation and several other firms and individuals for fixing the price of “Alum” or liquid aluminum sulfate. The city will retain the law firm of Keller Rohrback, L.L.P. to represent its interests in the lawsuit. […]
