At 1:15 Pm today, Everett Police and Everett Fire responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian near Evergreen Way and Holly Drive.
The pedestrian, a male in his 70s, was transported to the hospital for his injuries.

Two lanes of northbound Evergreen Way were closed for several hours while the Everett Police Traffic Safety Unit investigated.
Witnesses say the 70-year old man may have been jaywalking to catch a bus.
It’s a tricky intersection as Holly angles into Evergreen Way. Thereis a bus stop on each side.
