America 250 Community Concert
Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with the Evergreen Community Orchestra and Navy Band Northwest. This special community concert is free and open to the public.
June 30th, 7 PM in the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave.
4TH OF JULY:
9:00 – 10:00 AM – Everett 4th of July 5K Fun Run
Festive 5K made up of 3 loops along the parade route—flat, fast, and full of energy. Run, jog, or walk while soaking in the sights, sounds, and community vibes of the 4th of July celebration.

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Moments That Made America Exhibit on Wetmore Theater Plaza
A special exhibition during the America 250 commemoration that explores how generations of Americans have given meaning to the ideals set out in the Declaration of Independence.
10:00 AM – Public Proclamation of the Declaration of Independence (Lt. Gov Danny Heck is scheduled to speak).

11 AM – 12:30 PM – Fourth of July Parade
Start your celebration with a classic Everett tradition. The Everett 4th of July Parade brings downtown Everett to life with colorful floats, community groups, marching bands, dancing performers, and lots of red, white, and blue spirit.
Organized by the Everett Fourth of July Foundation, a local nonprofit powered by dedicated community volunteers, this beloved event showcases the pride, creativity, and heart of Everett. They need more volunteers.
The parade route circles through Colby Ave and Wetmore in Downtown Everett (25th to Wall Street).
Parking: Free parking is available at Everett Station, with shuttle service to the parade route.
3 PM – 10:45 PM – Colors of Freedom Festival
The Colors of Freedom Festival features live music, food trucks, craft beverages, family activities, community booths, and stunning views overlooking Port Gardner Bay.
This free community festival is the perfect place to gather before the evening fireworks spectacular.
5 PM – 10:00 PM – Fourth of July Waterfront Party
Live music from Beatdown Saints and Erik Scott at this waterfront celebration hosted by Hotel Indigo. Tickets are $25.47 per person (kids 12 and under are free). BBQ food cost not included.
10:15 PM – Boeing Thunder on the Bay Fireworks

Cap off Independence Day with the Boeing Thunder on the Bay Fireworks, a spectacular 18-minute display illuminating the skies above the Snohomish River and Port Gardner Bay.
For the full experience, tune in to KKXA 101.1 FM or 1520 AM for the synchronized fireworks soundtrack simulcast.
Where to View the Everett Fireworks:
The fireworks can be viewed from numerous waterfront and elevated locations throughout Everett. Here are a few places to watch them from:
- The Port of Everett (aka Everett’s waterfront) is the closest you can get to the fireworks, and it is massive! There are tons of fun things to do and great places to eat.
- Legion Memorial Park – The park’s overlook offers some of the best views of the waterfront, and the fireworks show. Plus there is the Colors of Freedom Music Festival leading up to the fireworks show.
- Everett’s Grand Avenue Park overlooks the waterfront and is another popular firework viewing location. The addition of the Grand Avenue Park pedestrian bridge is a game changer; it connects the Grand Avenue Park to the Port of Everett and offers a whole new viewing angle for the fireworks.
- Everett’s Harborview Park is further away from the fireworks, but still offers a decent view of the show.
