On Saturday, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputies responded to the 14500 block of Admiralty Way in Lynnwood at 6:26 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, deputies located a 23-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Deputies immediately rendered aid and applied multiple tourniquets before the victim was transported by aid personnel to Providence Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
During the investigation, detectives learned the 23-year-old victim was struck by multiple gunshots while in the parking lot in front of an apartment complex.
Detectives recovered multiple shell casings from the scene and are actively working to identify possible suspects who were seen fleeing the area in an unknown vehicle.
