Bliss Small Batch Creamery is bringing its handcrafted, all-natural ice cream back to Snohomish County this summer with a seasonal pop-up inside The Milk House Coffee Co., located at 4405 Rucker Ave in Everett.

Opening Friday, May 22, 2026, the Bliss summer pop-up will serve scoops daily from 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM through Labor Day weekend, creating the perfect afternoon and evening complement to the coffee shop’s daytime café hours.

The collaboration comes after Bliss closed its Snohomish scoop shop location last fall at the completion of its lease, choosing instead to explore a more seasonal model that better reflects the rhythms of Pacific Northwest ice cream sales.

“We are so grateful to The Milk House Coffee Co. for giving us this opportunity to share their beautiful cafe this summer so that we can continue to serve our Snohomish County fans this summer and also give all of The Milk House Coffee Co fans a summer ice cream option,” said Bliss co-founder Theresa Fouquette.

Founded in 2018, Bliss Small Batch Creamery first opened its flagship brick-and-mortar shop in University Place, Washington. Known for making all of its ice cream locally using premium, all-natural ingredients, Bliss has developed a loyal following for its creative flavors, inclusive menu, and entirely gluten-free operation — including its popular house-made waffle cones.

At the Everett pop-up, guests can enjoy a rotating menu of fan-favorite flavors such as Cookie Monster and Summer Strawberry, along with vegan and non-dairy offerings and seasonal flavors like Orange Sherbet, Cotton Candy, and Blueberry Pie.

The rotating flavor lineup is designed to give customers something new to discover throughout the summer.

The menu will feature cups, cake cones, and Bliss’s signature house-made waffle cones — all vegan and gluten-free.

For co-founders and sisters Theresa Fouquette and Stacie Leaf, the pop-up also carries a deep sense of hometown nostalgia. Both are graduates of Snohomish High School and spent part of their teenage years working at the former Baskin-Robbins in Snohomish — the very location where Bliss later opened its Snohomish scoop shop in 2021.

Leaf also served as the Snohomish County Dairy Princess in 1995, adding another layer of connection to the dairy traditions that helped shape the region.

The Everett location itself holds childhood memories for the sisters as well.

“This partnership feels especially meaningful because The Milk House was originally Walt’s Milk House when we were kids,” said Fouquette. “We remember going there with our parents and grandparents to pick up milk in glass bottles. Coming back to this location now to serve ice cream feels incredibly full circle.”

The Milk House Coffee Co. itself has become a beloved Everett destination in recent years, even earning a feature on KING 5’s Evening Magazine.

In addition to the Everett pop-up, Bliss Small Batch Creamery operates scoop shops in University Place and DuPont and will continue appearing throughout the summer at fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and private events across Snohomish, Pierce, and King Counties.

Upcoming Snohomish County appearances include:

  • Monroe Farmers Market
  • Lake Stevens Farmers Market
  • Marysville Farmers Market
  • Everett Sorticulture
  • Everett 4th of July at Legion Park
  • Sultan Shindig

Bliss also provides catering services for weddings, workplace appreciation events, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations throughout the region.
