Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant, Quan Ong Sau, Now Open in Everett

Interior of Quan Ong Sau Restaurant and Lounge

Two years in the making, the former Hunan Palace building in Downtown Everett is now an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Quan Ong Sau or “QUÁN ÔNG SÁU“, held a soft opening in December.

The restaurant name translates to “Mr. Six’s Restaurant” or “Uncle Six’s Eatery” – an affectionate term apparently named after the owners nickname.

His vision is to share the authentic, comforting flavors of Vietnamese street food with the Everett community.

Inside Quan Ong Sau, you will find a cafe and a restaurant. The cafe serves up a wide variety of coffees, from Vietnamese coffee to egg coffee, and just as wide a variety of teas.

There is also a kiosk to order food to-go and online orders can be made using Chowbus.

The restaurant is around 6,000 square feet, so there are plenty of places to sit. You’ll find plenty of natural lighting and a friendly staff.

The menu is ever-expanding with “Spring Roll with Vietnamese Sausages,” “Beef Stew with Bread (or noodles),” and “Shaken Beef with Tomates Fried Rice” added just last week.

You’ll find plenty of pho, egg roll, broken rice, noodles, and skewer options featuring chicken, pork, beef rib, shrimp, and tofu options.

The restaurant is open 11am to 9pm every day and the cafe is open 6am to 10am and located at 2821 Pacific Ave, Everett, WA across from the Kaiser Permanente Everett Medical Center with plenty of parking.
