At approximately 5:45 this morning, Everett Fire was dispatched to reports of smoke and flames on the back side of a duplex on the 700 block of Linden St.
The duplex is located in the Grandview Homes community in North Everett’s Delta neighborhood.
This particular home is located across from the Grandview Community Resource Center.
The resource center serves as a location for community services and resources, including food assistance, DSHS services like Basic Food and Medicare Savings Programs, and more.
All residents were evacuated and the fire was quickly brought under control. 1 patient was evaluated and released. 3 individuals were displaced.
As you can see in the picture, the entry is severely damaged. Even the garbage can outside melted.
The fire is under investigation.
