Kelli Thode named president of the Rotary Club of Everett

Kelli Thode was sworn in on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 as president of the Rotary Club of Everett, in Changing of the Guard ceremonies conducted at the club’s weekly meeting, taking over the role from outgoing president Michael Kvistad.

She will serve throughout the new Rotary year, July 2025 through June 2026.

A Rotarian since 2018, Thode will lead the club in its 108th year, providing community and international service under the new Rotary theme: “Unite for Good.” She assumes club leadership from Michael Kvistad, an attorney with the legal firm Beresford Booth.

“One of the things our club will be focusing on this year, is uniting (UNITING FOR GOOD) with our fellow Rotary Clubs,” Kelli said in her installation address. “We will collaborate on some service projects and social events. I’ve been meeting with the other President Elects (now Presidents!) of our neighboring clubs. We’ve been brainstorming and planning on how we can UNITE in certain areas to have more impact in our local communities.”

Also inducted were president-elect, Kari Petrasek; vice president, Ryan Willis; president nominee, Anna Marie Laurence; past president and treasurer, Tammy Dunn; past president and secretary, Neil Angst; and chair of the Everett Rotary Youth Foundation board, Greg Lineberry.

New to the board of directors and serving from July 2025 through June 2027 are Ashley Bolden, Krissy Davis, Janice Ellis and Greg Tisdel. Board members continuing in the second year of their terms are Ryan Willis, Marybeth Dingledy, Will McMahan and Kari Quaas.
