Everett’s Port Gardner Neighborhood Association is hosting its 4th annual Community Yard Sale event on July 12th from 9 AM to 2 PM.
Like the successful Mother of All Garage Sales event in the Northwest Neighborhood, the Port Gardner Neighborhood Association is coordinating a sale where participants pay $15 to participate in the event, receive an official sign, and have the location of their sale included on a master map.
A percentage of all sign-up proceeds will be donated to neighborhood schools.

I’m so excited for our 4th annual community yard sale”, said Andrea Tucker, Chair of the Port Gardner Neighborhood Association. “This event is the perfect opportunity to find amazing deals on unique items and connect with neighbors. We encourage people to come out and browse and be part of this fantastic community event!”
There will be 15 sales, some multi-family, offering a range of treasures from antiques, household goods, pottery, books and kid’s stuff to furniture, clothing and even free items.
