Salty Sea Days Returns in July

Salty Sea Days will be returning to Downtown Everett on July 11th and 12th. It’s a annual family-friendly event celebrating community and maritime history.

For 35 years Salty Sea Days Festival was a very popular Everett event with a big parade, drawing in over 100,000 visitors a year. Interest in running it had declined and in 2003 the city stopped providing $70,000 a year in funding.

In 2022, the Downtown Everett Association decided to revive Salty Sea Days, on a much smaller scale—more a summer block party.

This year will mark the 4th annual version of the new Salty Sea Days. In the heart of Downtown Everett, expect to see live music, a beer garden, and family-friendly activities.
