Raliberto’s Taco Shop starting to be built out at 2232 Colby Ave
Raliberto’s Tacos Shop will be expanding into North Everett. The location will be at 2232 Colby Ave in Everett, right next to Welch’s Foods.
The space was formerly occupied by Best Teriyaki and Wok which silently closed down sometime in the past nine months. The sign recently went up, indicating their future opening.
Raliberto’s Taco Shop currently has Washington locations in South Everett, Oak Harbor, and Stanwood. The South Everett Raliberto’s is located at 233 128th St SW and maintains a 4.4 star Google rating and 3.9 Yelp rating.

The new location will likely serve food similar to the South Everett location. Their menu lists hard and soft shell tacos, of course, but also includes:
- 17 different burritos
- Breakfast plates
- Chimichangas
- Enchiladas
- Nachos
- Taco Salads
- Tortas
- Tostadas
- Quesadillas
- Other specials and sides
When Will Raliberto’s Taco Shop Open?
They filed a permit with the Snohomish County Health Department on February 20th, 2025. The permitting process has been very slow lately, so Raliberto’s may end up finishing their buildout before they even get the green light to serve food.
3/24/25 Update: we are told the permit process should take between 4-6 weeks.
