Suspect Arrested in Everett After 16-Month Long Drug Task Force Investigation

Arrest made in the 700 block of 75th ST SE in Everett

A 16-month long investigation by Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force (SRDTF) detectives led to the arrest of a 54-year-old Everett man on Thursday, March 13th.

The suspect was apprehended Thursday afternoon during a traffic stop in the 700 block of 75th ST SE in Everett.

Following his arrest, a warrant was served on his residence located in the 600 block of 93rd Street SW in Everett.

During the warrant service, detectives recovered:

  • 2,818 grams of a substance testing positive for powder cocaine
  • 14.7 grams of a substance testing positive for rock cocaine
  • 556 grams of a powder substance testing positive for fentanyl

Detectives also recovered packaging material, a digital scale, and a handgun from inside the residence.

The 54-year-old suspect was arrested for unlawful possession of firearm, possession of stolen firearm and multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Snohomish County jail records show two arrests tied to the drug charges: Percy Levy and Robert Owen Baggett. We’re haven’t received confirmation if the arrests are related, but the subject of this arrest appears to be Percy Levy.
