Bezos Academy Accepting Applications for 2025

Bezos Academy at Everett Station

The Bezos Academy in Everett is now accepting applications for next fall for preschool children who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2025.

The preschool is located at Everett Station, offering tuition-free, full-day, Montessori-inspired preschool for children and families in the community. Jeff Bezos went to a Montessori school when he was growing up and started the Bezos Academy in several states as part of a $2 billion dollar grant.

The Bezos Academy provides full-day preschool for those who meet age and income requirements. For those who make it in, it is tuition-free and materials, supplies, and meals will be supplied at no cost to the families.

To be eligible to apply, your family’s gross annual income can be up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (currently $106,000 for a family of 3, or $128,600 for a family of 4).

Spots are limited as they only have three classrooms. The academy uses a lottery system to choose the students. To be eligible for the lottery, applications must be received by 5:00PM PST on Friday, May 02, 2025. The lottery for the 2025-26 school year will be conducted on May 07, 2025, and families will be notified of their status by 5:00PM PST on May 13, 2025.

If two siblings apply to the same school during the same admissions period, and one child receives an offer during the lottery, their sibling is automatically offered a seat if one is available.

The school is located at the Everett Station, at 3201 Smith Ave., Everett, WA.

Applications are due May 2nd, 2025.
