Sobar is located at 2820 Colby Ave, next to Banya.
A new coffee and gift shop opened up in Downtown Everett on Colby Avenue called SOBAR.

Some might remember its location at 2820 Colby Ave by the former occupant, Renee’s Clothing. Renee’s closed down in 2022 after 28 years in business.
Sobar is owned by the same family that owns the Banya day spa next door. They soft launched the coffee shop on February 6th and have been adding to the space ever since.
When you walk in, you’ll notice the large space. You’ll need to stroll towards the back where you’ll find the ordering counter and espresso machine.

Being a new shop, it was nearly empty at noon on a Tuesday. I imagine that will change over time.
With the lengthy table and a variety of seating options from stylish chairs to comfy couches, I expect it might be a nice place to host a meeting.

On the counter they had a flyer, welcoming you to book meetings, holiday parties or birthdays.

In addition to coffee, tea, and pastries, Sobar has a collection of books, children’s toys, games, and other odds and ends for sale on the shelves throughout the shop.
Sobar hours are easy to remember:
- Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m
- Closed on Sundays.
