The newly created Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce announced its official launch with the first event in its BRAIN FOOD | Lunch & Learn Series, featuring John Carswell, founder of APEX Art and Culture Center.
The event will take place on January 15th, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at APEX Everett, and marks the beginning of a new chapter for Everett’s business and community leadership.
A New Voice for Everett’s Business Community
The Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce states they are dedicated to fostering business growth, innovation, and collaboration in the Everett region.
As a newly established organization funded by a $600,000 commitment from the city of Everett, the Chamber seeks to empower businesses of all sizes through targeted resources, advocacy, and networking opportunities, all while contributing to Everett’s vibrant cultural and economic ecosystem.
“We’re reimagining what a Chamber can be—modern, energetic, and built to meet the needs of today’s businesses,” said Wendy Poischbeg, CEO of the Greater Everett Chamber of Commerce.
“This inaugural event isn’t just a kickoff—it’s a statement of our commitment to dynamic programs, bold partnerships, and a thriving future for Everett.”
An Inspiring Kickoff with John Carswell
The event will feature John Carswell, visionary founder of APEX Art and Culture Center, who will share his journey of transforming Everett’s historic 1920s landmark into a cultural hub.
Carswell has spent over two decades curating The DogTown Collection, the world’s largest graffiti and urban art collection on canvas, and is committed to making Everett a destination for art, music, and community engagement.
