A fire at Park 120 Apartments this morning led to an Everett Fire Department rescue of a man and his dog.
The fire crew on Aid 6 used a ladder to a window to rescue the two from their second-story apartment. The man was transported to the hospital to be evaluated for smoke inhalation.
Everett Fire went into overhaul at 7:17 am. The apartment fire was located at 120 West Casino Road at Park 120 Apartments.
Everett Firefighters made a quick knockdown in 2016 at the 120 Apartments.
Sadly, two cats perished, and another is outstanding.
The fire is under investigation.
This isn’t the first fire at 120 Apartments. Another fire at 120 Apartments occurred in 2016 and started near a closet next to the water heater.
The fire in 2013 was located near the laundry room.
