Washington Governor’s Debate Is a Must-Watch for Voters

Immediately following the national Presidential Debate, Washington held a Governor’s Debate between Bob Ferguson and Dave Reichert.

Dave Reichert worked as a US Representative in CD 8 for fourteen years and was the King County Sheriff for eight years, and, famously, helped solve the Green River Killer case.

Bob Ferguson has been Washington’s Attorney General since 2013 and was a King County Councilmember for nine years.

The debate focused on public safety, drugs, housing, gas taxes, the climate commitment act, farmworker protections, budgets, taxes, abortion rights, transportation funding, boarding schools, and the differences between the two candidates.
