The Everett Police Department is investigating a shooting which left four individuals injured on West Casino Road.
Just after 11:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 20th, officers were dispatched to multiple reports of gunshots in the 800 block of West Casino Road.
When officers arrived on scene, they located two males with obvious gunshot wounds in the vicinity and began to render aid. The Everett Fire Department responded to the location and transported the subjects to Providence Hospital for treatment.
Witnesses informed officers they heard multiple rounds fired in the area by subjects who appeared to flee the scene prior to police arrival. Officers initiated multiple K-9 tracks to search for any suspects that may have fled on foot, none were located. King County Sheriff’s Office Guardian 1 responded to the scene to provide air support. Numerous shell casings were located and collected.
Two additional individuals with gunshot wounds arrived at Providence Hospital via their own transportation. All of the individuals receiving medical treatment appear stable.
With the exception of 1 subject, it is believed the individuals involved are otherwise known to each other. The extent of their relationship is still under investigation at this point.
This is an active and ongoing investigation.
