Everett Street Tunes Pianos Are Back

Everett’s popular “Street Tunes” is back again this summer, starting today until August 29th. You’ll notice artistically decorated pianos around town where aspiring pianists can sit down and crank out some tunes. It’s a fun tradition that started in 2010 and came back last year after a Covid Pandemic hiatus.

We’ve got the full list of the 2024 pianos and their locations here:

  1. Everett Station: “Joy Unspeakable” by Kim Mattson
    Located inside the lobby of Everett Station.
  2. Angel of the Winds Arena: “Broadway Boogie Woogie” by Si Newland
    Located in the courtyard on the Hewitt side of Angel of the Winds Arena.
  3. Main Branch of the Everett Library: “Moonlight Garden Jam” by Holly Stafford
    Located in the courtyard in front of the main branch of the Everett Public Library.
  4. Sno-Isle Food Co-op / The Sisters Restaurant: “Tickle My Keys” by Jackie Cort
    Located in front of the Sno-Isle Food Co-op and The Sisters restaurant.
  5. Schack Art Center: “Street Concerto No. 1” by Vincent Keele
    Located in front of the Schack Art Center.
  6. Grand Leader Mercantile / Vintage Cafe: “Play Me A Tune in the Rolling Hills” by Krista Jefferson
    Located at curb between Grand Leader Mercantile and Vintage Cafe.
  7. Lions Paw Tattoo and The Good Wolf: “Jimi Hendrix Experience” by Jesse James Jeter
    Located in front of Lions Paw Tattoo and The Good Wolf
  8. Starbucks Coffee on 75th “Mambo Kings Sings Songs of Love” by Cheri O’Brien
    Located at Starbucks at 7430 Evergreen Way.
  9. The Village at Casino Road: “Produce Sounds” by Elizabeth Person
    Located in the courtyard at the Village at Casino Road.
  10. Evergreen Branch of the Everett Library: “Music Leopard Lounge” by Janet Wold
    Located at the Evergreen Branch of the Everett Public Libary.
  11. Everett Mall (by the Food Court): “Intertwined” by Amber Forrest
    Located inside the Everett Mall

And two new pianos that haven’t been named yet:

  1. Imagine Children’s Museum: New Piano to be named by Annika Elizabeth
    Located in front of the Imagine Children’s Museum.
  2. Colby Avenue Tattoo in front of their shop: New to be named
    Located in front of their business.
