2024 Edition of Mother of All Garage Sales

It’s that time of year again. The Mother of All Garage Sales, also known as MOAGS, takes place next Saturday, August 3rd, from 9am to 4pm in the Northwest Neighborhood of Everett.

This year, 101 different homes will be participating. Below we share some of the highlights and important details for those interested in checking out some of the sales.

Drew Nielsen Park, located at Colby Ave & 13th St (1230 Colby) is the central location for the sale. Here you will find an info booth, maps, porta-potties, food trucks, and a plant sale.

Besides all the normal benefits for buyers and sellers participating in a garage sale, this particular event helps raise funds for the Native Plant Garden at Drew Nielsen, Everett High Volleyball, Save A Mutt, and Atlas Free

The map features the locations and a spreadsheet of houses organized by street and some of the items that will be for sale.

What Kinds of Items Are Being Sold?

Expect to see the normal garage sale fare of kids toys, furniture, clothing, vintage items, and tools. Some unique items for sale include:

  • Beach stuff
  • Fishing equipment
  • Hiking gear
  • Golf equipment
  • Large selection of collectibles
  • Pro music gear
  • Warhammer 40k & table top games
  • Blown glass
  • Craft supplies

  • NW Sports Memorabilia
  • Jewelry
  • 1960s barbies
  • Vinyl records

And for those who are craving food, one household will have Espresso drinks, another will have Tapas, and Road Dawg hot dogs will be at Drew Nielsen Park.

Be sure to have cash on hand. Some houses may accept Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. If you want to share your finds on social media, use #MOAGS. More information here: https://northwesteverett.org/events/mother-of-all-garage-sales
