Drive-by Shooting in South Everett Saturday

600 block of 124 St SW

Snohomish County Sheriff deputies are investigating a drive by shooting in the 600 block of 124 St SW in Everett, just three blocks from Mariner High School. The shooting occurred at 4:30pm Saturday, July 20th.

A 17 year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds. Snohomish County Sheriff Deputies immediately rendered aid and applied multiple tourniquets to the victim. He was transported by aid to Providence Regional Medical Center with life threatening injuries. The victim underwent surgery, and he is currently in stable condition.

Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives responded to the scene to investigate. During the investigation, detectives learned the 17-year-old victim was walking down the street when a vehicle driving by fired multiple rounds, striking the victim.

Detectives recovered multiple shell casings from the scene and are actively working to identify two possible suspects who were seen fleeing from the scene in an unknown vehicle.
