During the months of September and October in 2022, a male went on a gang graffiti spree throughout the City of Everett. During one of the incidents, he tagged a mural in North Everett. The male posted videos of himself committing these crimes on social media, even announcing that he would be continuing to tag.

Our Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) and a lead Detective worked diligently and developed probable cause for the male for multiple cases.

It was discovered the male had returned to his hometown of Kent, WA after the two-month crime spree in Everett.

Last week, our Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) conducted a joint operation with the Renton PD Gang Unit and the male was taken into custody in Auburn, WA. He was then transported to the Snohomish County Jail where he was booked on the following charges:
5 counts of Criminal Mischief
5 counts of Unlawful Application of Graffiti
1 count of Possession of Graffiti Implements
Great work by everyone involved and an exceptional example of teamwork!
