The Port Of Everett Has Released The Schedule For Sail-In Cinema This Summer

Gotta love that in Everett, Washington you can watch a great movie from your boat or on dry land. Here’s the 2023 Sail-In Cinema Schedule.

The Port of Everett and presenting sponsor PND Engineers are excited to announce the 8th Annual Sail-in Cinema at Waterfront Place.
 
The one-of-a-kind, free outdoor movie series takes place every Friday night from July 21 thru Aug. 25, offering a selection of films and fun at Boxcar Park.
 
You can either “sail in” to watch aboard your boat OR “walk in” to enjoy the night’s flick from the park.
 
Watch your pick of six movies on a 40-foot inflatable screen. Family-friendly throwbacks, fan-favorite characters, and action-packed date night options make up the lineup this year.
 
Here is the 2023 Sail-In Cinema schedule:

  • July 21: 9:15 p.m. – “Lyle, Lyle Crocodile” (PG)
  • July 28: 9:10 p.m. – “Top Gun: Maverick” (PG-13)
  • Aug. 4: 9 p.m. – “The Goonies” (PG)
  • Aug. 11: 8:45 p.m. – “Lightyear” (PG)
  • Aug. 18: 8:35 p.m. – “Clueless” (PG-13)
  • Aug. 25: 8:20 p.m. – “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” (PG)

    Know Before You Go

  • Boxcar Park opens one hour before showtime for moviegoers to snag their spot, enjoy music and yard games, grab free fresh-popped popcorn and check out concessions available for purchase.
  • Guest moorage is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Port of Everett’s North Guest Dock 7.
  • A radio frequency is provided so boaters can tune in while they watch. (Please note: Guest moorage at North Guest Dock 6 is no longer available).
  • For land viewing, pack in your low-back chairs and picnic blankets to the park. Dress in layers; it gets chilly on the waterfront at night. In the event of inclement weather, a movie night may be canceled.
