Design is done, bids are out and it looks like the project to replace the Edgewater Bridge on Mukilteo Boulevard at the Mukilteo – Everett city limits will soon move forward. Here’s the latest update from Everett Public Works.

The design process is complete for the Edgewater Bridge replacement. The project was advertised to potential contractors on May 16, 2023, with an anticipated bid opening in June 2023. Award and Notice to Proceed will take place in July 2023.

Once roadwork begins, West Mukilteo Boulevard will be closed between Mukilteo Lane/LaMar Drive and Shore Avenue for approximately 12 months.
