Return Of Kids Fishing Derby In Everett, Washington A Big Hit For Kids And Adults
The Everett Steelhead and Salmon Youth Organization put on the derby.
There were a lot of smiles at Silver Lake in south Everett, Washington today as the Jim Brauch Memorial Fishing Derby for kids age 4 to 14 returned after a hiatus due to the Pandemic.
Hosted by the Everett Steelhead and Salmon Youth Organization this annual event exposes kids to fishing who may otherwise not get the opportunity. Here are some photos from the event today. Click photos to enlarge. (even one of the local ospreys tried to their luck)
