Everett Garden Club Holding Their Annual Plant Sale This Saturday

Every year the Everett Garden Club holds their annual plant sale. Not only is it something those with a green thumb in Everett, Washington look forward to each year, the sale is also a major fundraiser for the club.

The Everett Garden Club was formed in 1938 and projects include working with the horticultural programs in Everett schools, donating to downtown businesses to fill various planters in the area plus, this was the club that founded the Arboretum!

The sale happens this Saturday at the corner of Evergreen Way and 52nd street and begins at 9:00 AM. You’ll find perennials, annuals, shrubs, starts, yard art, tools and things for Mom for Mother’s Day.

Get there early for best selection. Barb O’Brien tells MyEverettNews.com that one of the things that make this sale so popular is they have good quality garden items and plants for sale at reasonable prices.
