Portland Man Identified As Shooting Victim In Saturday Night Homicide In Everett, Washington

Everett Police and Fire were called after reports of shots fired around 10:45 PM Saturday night.

This in from the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office Tuesday afternoon.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the examination and confirmed the identification of the 27-year-old male who was shot near the 700 block of West Casino Road in Everett, Washington on April 29th, 2023. The decedent is Joseph G. Haderlie of Portland, Oregon.

The cause of death is gunshot wounds. The manner of death is Homicide. For further information, please contact the Everett Police Department.

Editor’s Note: Everett Police were called to a shooting in the 700 block of West Casino Road about 10:45 PM on Saturday. The victim died at the scene and Major Crimes Detectives have been working the case since then. As of this writing no arrests or identity of the suspects have been announced by Everett Police.
