The tournament is a joint effort between Eventuris and the City of Everett. Boeing is once again the presenting sponsor, with Amazon and Alaska Airlines joining as major sponsors.

“Last year’s first-ever Everett 3on3 basketball tournament was an outstanding event in an extraordinary community where so many of our employees live and work,” said Bill McSherry, Vice President, Boeing State & Local Government Operations. “Here’s to the success of the tournament in year two and for many years to come!”

“We have so much fun organizing the tournament, welcoming players and fans to enjoy the outstanding Everett hospitality and take in lots of incredible games. Players of all ages and abilities can form teams and experience friendly competition,” said Eventuris principal, Rick Steltenpohl. “We appreciate the exceptional participation from Boeing, the City of Everett, Snohomish County, and the entire Everett community.”

Downtown Everett will be transformed to accommodate 50 basketball courts. The courts will be set up in the middle of Colby Avenue between Pacific and Everett Avenues and along Wetmore Avenue between Hewitt and Everett Avenues. “The first annual Everett 3on3 basketball tournament was a fantastic event for Everett and I’m really looking forward to having it back this year,” said Everett Mayor Cassie Franklin. “Last year’s tournament drew countless people downtown to enjoy basketball as well as our city’s many restaurants, bars and unique shops. Special thanks to Boeing for their contribution and to Eventuris for being an exceptional advocate and partner.”
