City Council Committee To Hear How Everett, Washington Plans To Deal With Street Issues In 2023

If you’d like to gain some insight on how officials in Everett, Washington plan to address not just homelessness but also community development, low income housing, human needs projects and other issues that have impacted all who live in the city you many want to watch this hearing Wednesday evening.

Before the full Everett City Council meets the Health and Human Services Committee will hear from the City Administration’s Community Development Division and their plans for 2023.

The committee meeting starts at 5:00 PM in the Everett City Council Chambers. The public is invited to watch in person or online but public comments are not accepted at committee meetings.

The agenda includes an overview of the city’s community development division as well as updates on projects started in 2022 and plans moving forward in 2023.

The committee also will work on priorities for this year.
